Post 16 Catch Up Funding
Our Post-16 team at Greenford High School are utilising special funding from the government to help Post-16 students bounce back after two years of disrupted education. We are targeting both BTEC vocational students and A Level students who have been identified as having significant gaps in their learning and are therefore performing below their target grades.
Using trained, DBS checked tutors, students will be given intensive tutoring sessions on challenging topics and skills in groups of no more than four. Tutoring sessions will be quality controlled by Post-16 staff and will take place in the Post-16 area and in Post-16 classrooms. We are excited to offer this learning opportunity to support our Post-16 students as they strive to bounce back and reach their full potential.
Further details on Post-16 catch up funding can be found on the government's website here. More information about the school's small group tuition is attached below.
