At ParentingU, we provide personalised, one-to-one and group parenting programmes tailored to families from diverse backgrounds, with a special focus on South Asian and Muslim communities. We recognise how cultural beliefs and upbringing styles influence family dynamics, particularly in understanding parenting, violence, and abuse.

Our programmes aim to increase awareness around these issues while offering critical support for families involved in PLO (Public Law Outline) cases, child protection plans, and more. We also assist with Letters of Intention.

Our Key Services Include:

Mental Health & Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Support

SEN & Neurodiversity Support

Guidance for PLO & Child Protection Cases

Culturally Sensitive Services: We offer multi-lingual support in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Pashto, and Dari.

Why Choose ParentingU?

Our programmes are specifically designed to support South Asian and Muslim families, many of whom may be navigating new parenting approaches. We provide culturally sensitive guidance on parenting, violence, and abuse, always respecting the unique religious and cultural contexts of each family. With our understanding and support, families are empowered to thrive in a healthy, respectful environment.
